All of our gourmet taffies are made in Florida with the same family recipe since 1948. Our HQ is also located in South Florida, so you will see our tracking reflect as such.

An order confirmation will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order with your order number, order total, and optional gift message. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive another email with the tracking information.

Please refer to your selected shipping method on your confirmation page (either $9.95 for 2-4 business day, or $12.95 for express 2 day).

We ship orders via Fedex, UPS, or DHL ECommerce, which ships as USPS in the United States. Exceptions: Orders shipped to a P.O. Box address, or shipped with DHL/USPS may be longer than quoted.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and more!

Due to food safety & health regulations, products cannot be returned, even if unopened. If your product has been damaged in transit, please reach out to hello@taffy.com, and our team would be more than happy to assist you.
