Scam!

"Liked the caramels, wanted to try more of their stores, so signed up for GOAT program. It's a scam. It costs money, which should have been a red flag, and claims that you always get free shipping and get a discount every month. But as others have mentioned, it's either/or, so you get free shipping OR a discount (which from what I've seen, it's small). And as others have experienced, the codes for the discounts (which are not auto-applied) rarely work anyway. There is NO way to contact customer support while you're trying to work this out. So. . . yeah, it's a scam."

Poor, Poor delivery.

"Very nice packaging especially for gifts. Good taste BUT Ordered 12/19 DID NOT RECEIVE until 1/6. . EIGHTEEN days. The company told me they were very busy during the holiday. . dah. . don’t you want to be and I didn’t pay for EXPRESS SHIPPING. . EIGHTEEN DAYS. Totally unexceptable."
